Description |
Porcelain punch bowl with a Rose Medallion pattern that features colorful Chinese genre scenes on both the interior and exterior. The exterior features a continuous band of decoration of figures in various home and garden scenes. The lip of the bowl has a 1 1/2" wide border of densely packed bird, floral,and butterfly motifs on a gold ground. The interior of the bowl features separate panels of figural and floral panels separated by bands of Chinese lattice work in gold and red on a white ground. There is no manufacturer's stamp. |
