Description Framed, black and white engraving of Caleb Prew Bennett (1758-1836), Governor of Delaware from 1833-1836. The portrait depicts a bust view of an older man in profile facing right and wearing a naval uniform with epaulets. "Caleb P. Bennet " appears in script underneath the portrait and there is also a small signature in the shoulder of the subject: "Gheretein Y. Pyle (1894?) Wilmington, Del."
