Description Walnut dressing table from the Read Family with a rectangular top and molded overhanging sides with cusped corners. There are four drawers (one full-length upper drawer and three small drawers underneath). It has a scalloped skirt with four cabriole legs. The brasses are replacements. There is an inscription in chalk on the bottom of the long drawer that reads "James Q(Ui)Bley / 324 / D Wngston Ave".
