Description Square silk souvenir handkerchief that has a pattern of one red square, one blue square, and two white squares. There is hand-written text on of the white squares: "M.S. / Paris / 1952." It has a 1/4" inch fringe all the way around the edge.

Provenance This item belonged to Marjorie Speakman (1889-1978), owner of the Bird-Speakman department store, who often travelled to Paris to attend and cover fashion shows for the Wilmington newspapers. The donors are her son and daughter-in-law.
