Description Hand-sewn, white, Empire style dress with short, puffed sleeves that are embroidered at the cuffs with a double diamond pattern of white dots. The front of the bodice is gathered and embroidered in white with a floral design that is also repeated on each sleeve. The dress has a back closure consisting of a drawstring at the neck and a single hook and eye closure at the waist (likely a replacement. The one inch waistband is embroidered with the same white double diamond dot pattern as the sleeves. The hem is also embroidered with a 3/4" band of dots, above which are embroidered white bows, dots, and flowers.
