One of a set of twelve porcelain soup bowls that has a white ground with a gilded, slightly scalloped rim that is decorated with gold repeating garland motifs. The rim also has a stylized shell motif that sticks out slightly further than the rest of the rim. The bowl is scalloped into six sections and has a gold sea turtle at the center bottom of the bowl.
