Small souvenir pennant from France that has a tapered triangular shape with navy blue, white, and red vertical bars. The central white bar has a gold laurel wreath motif with "RF" against a repeat of the tricolor background and "France" in black underneath. The stick is painted black and topped with a 1" long gold-painted wood finial.
