Description Triangular commemorative pennant for the Wilson Line steamer, S.S. Bay Belle, that is made from red felt with white printed text and images and an orange border with two ties at the widest end. One side of the pennant has an image of the steamer with text "Bay Belle." The reverse is blank. The S.S. Bay Belle was an excursion cruiser that accommodated 2400 passengers and sailed the bay around the Baltimore area.
