Description Silk navy blue and grey floral pattern lady's hat in a loose, turban-like style. The hat is unlined and there is a 3" long strip of black elastic sewn into the headband below the maker's label for Bessie Morgan, a Wilmington miliner and wife of Reverend James Morgan of the Eight Street Baptist Church.
