Description Unframed color aquatint by Gertrude Howland Balch (1909-1964) that features a frontal view of a yellow, four-storey house with two chimneys and a central cupola. A central staircase leads up to a first floor, wrap-around porch with decorative ironwork. There are green shutters on the windows. The work is signed in pencil along the lower edge: "Victorian Relic / 10/50 / Gertrude H. Balch."
