Description Black double-breasted man's raincoat that has a belt with a rectangular, leather -covered buckle. It has eight plastic buttons (two rows of four, two of which are missing) and two front pockets with pocket slits in the acetate lining . The cuffs have a strap with four buttons each. It is all machine stitched. The rear slit is fastened with three plastic buttons.
