Silver-plated commemorative fireman's speaking trumpet with red and white twisted silk cord. The body is engraved: "Presented To the Reliance Fire Co. By Wm. H. Naff, 1845". This model was meant to be used as well as being a mark of esteem because it has holes around the mouthpiece to which padding could be attached.
